This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on keemayah.com may be cancelled, returned, or refunded. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted

2. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and wellness products are non-returnable.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after verification and approval
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting images. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be provided.

- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Orders placed under promotional or clearance sales
